useless support is useless
TLDR: Did a charge back because I had no idea server boosts were a monthly thing so I closed them and did a charge back on the money for last month, discord didn't like that, disabled my account, I managed to close the dispute on paypal but any and all tickets I throw out with the conformation email from paypal just gets closed :/
My account is almost 10 years old and I got a lot of friends and servers tied to it, I paid for nitro. I did what I had to do to get my account enabled again. Guess I'll say goodbye to my account forever because it's clear i'm not getting it back

Same problem here with a chargeback! Fortunately since our issue has to do with money, if you contacted PayPal/your bank and told them about it, discord (I believe) legally cannot ignore it and eventually will have to confirm closing the dispute. If this happened over the weekend, discord support isn't open. Although I cannot confirm anything what I said to be true as my account also has not been re-enabled, but I'm hoping as our situation has to do with money that discord may take it a bit more seriously.

mine was disabled 14 days ago after hackers purchased nitro gifts. I removed discord authorization from paypal and canceled my credit card to stop them from purchasing more. discord marked it as a “charge back”. I submitted a letter from paypal showing the charges were not canceled, and I haven't heard back from discord. My best advice is to make sure your ticket stays open. spamming new tickets or replies did not help me, so now I am leaving the ticket alone until they either reply or mark it closed. if they close, I will reply to open it.
don't waste your time with twitter, they say the twitter team cannot do anything with safety & trust.

I emailed them the comformation e-mail paypal send me, it's still open but just frustrating, I also noticed the nitro symbol was removed from my disabled account idk if that means anything but for now it's still disabled :/
