HELP!! My account got disabled yesterday!!
My account R0B0 (r0b0_xd) got disabled yesterday and I have important stuff on there. I don't know why it got disabled and didnt receive an email about it. Since I cant re-enable it myself and discord doesnt answer my tickets, this is my only hope.
I really need my account back :(

i got mine as well i make money of discord by selling graphic design work and if i cant get acces i wont be able to pay for bills and save up for a car i spent over 200 dollars from discord over having nitro over the past 2.5 years i need to be able to sell and manage my own server

I've been waiting since September for help with my problem, and so far they have just blown me off. I'm starting to think that they train their employees how to ignore people instead of helping consumers.

My best suggestion to everyone is to file a complaint with BBB and be sure to use the email address that is associated with your account and include the ticket number in your complaint. Discord responds to BBB complaints within 24 hours of the day you submitted the complaint to BBB.

so i downlpaded the app and was setting up my account and when i tried to sign in after the setup it told my my account has been disabled i got an email went to the website and appealed it lile 3 or 4 times and still got nothing i cant enter my account or anything

File a complaint with BBB sometimes that does the trick and gets them to respond OR file the complaint with the app/bot tr and ask them to forward it to the Account Team….there’s a known issue with the Nelly Bot for the Account Option
