Disabled account

I was just verifying my new account then somehow ended up disabled   Help please what do I need to do?

    I'm okay still trying to get my account back active.

    Ahhh you might get banned if you use phone number that was attached to your other account for example. If you reuse your phone number without removing it first from another account.
