Assign nickname to subscribed servers.

My discord has a lot of servers. 

Most smaller games uses discord for user community interaction.

However, most of these servers have the name of the developer or publisher, not the game itself. The result is that I need to go into every server and hope that the channel names give a clue as to what game this is regarding. Why did I join that server?

I would like to be able to add my custom comment/nickname or something that will show up in the tool tip when I hover the mouse over the various servers.

Right now, it takes too long to figure out why I joined a server and there is no place to put that information after I have figured it out.
