Why does your support suck so much?

My account got hacked two days ago and I put in a support ticket asking for help but no response. So I had to watch my servers devolve into chaos because I couldn't get help. You guy are in desperat need of a better support system because holy Hell your's is not great.

    Be prepared of a stressful non-existing convo with the Support. My got already false deleted due to extreme long answer time of the T&S:

    I've seen the horror stories. The support team, if there even is one, doesn't seem to care.

    I am already waiting for any response over 2 Months now, since 27th September.

    Sadly because the automatic deletion was already initiated and i begged Discord to stop this process: No Answers at all

    Well I'm glad I learned one thing from this experience, how useless the support is here.

    Oh man… That's a lot of time.

    I mean we are so hanged up on support no responding because we see Discord as the only thing. They are dominating it so far, maybe situation will improve later.

    You will probably not get a response for two months, at that point the damage will be done so you may as well let go while you can.

    The Account is already auto deleted, I'm now asking Discord to Restore my Badges on a new account, edit the creation date and transfer ownership of my Server
