Worst customer service i've seen in any company ever

How many more bot mails am i going to see?
How many more days am i going to need to wait for answers?
How many more days do i need to wait for actual help?
Why can't i talk to anybody live?

This is absolutely disgusting and it baffles me that such a big and well known company doesn't have atleast a decent working customer service and support to their community.

Can u guys PLS answer my mails or my requests or do i have to wait for months like other people here apparently.
