My account has been disabled for 6 days
On Wednesday I asked for a refund and I didn't know that it wasn't possible due to the payment method. They disabled me and I asked for help to know what I could do, Clyde responded automatically and I did what he asked, I sent what they asked but they haven't responded. I also can't see if the ticket is open or closed because I can't log in with my Discord account in support. So I made a new account to write this, help, I don't know what to do, they don't respond, what can I do?

Um, I'm in a similiar situation. My account is also disabled, to log in to Support you still need to create Support Account here for the same email that your discord account is assigned to and you will be able to see your tickets in My Activities. It's not like you automaticallu have Support Portal account just because you have Discord account, it's always to sign up separately. So the fact that it didn't take your credentials for disabled account doesn't mean you are locked out of support desk.

Well in a week our accounts would get deleted. So I guess that's it.

Hello, I was able to log into my account where I started my tickets, it is still open but it has been like this for 6 days and a real person has not responded

I just got a follow up and was unbanned and subscription restored.
They saying they are pretty swamped.
