I need help here.

So the ticket that I made about 7 days ago is still open even after there was a response from someone telling me that I didn’t have all the information necessary to verify my age. That was about 3 days ago btw. I sent in a new picture with a document that fully verifies my age but nobody has responded since I did so. I want to create a new ticket but every new ticket I make they just send a bot or someone to close it after 30 minutes to 2 hours. Should I take a new picture with my information and make a new ticket after a couple days of just simply waiting for them to finally get back to me. I don’t want to wait too long because they’ll delete my account fully. I feel like that my account getting deleted fully should be held off since they’re the ones not responding and I have been waiting since for any type of response. Please help me anyone, I wish I could just call or dm a staff member or someone at discord so we can settle this quicker.

    discord_support might respond on twitter, yeah. Depends which department will get the ticket. They can't help with Trust & Safety

    Discord has just closed my ticket which I sent the information in with no response or anything. I was waiting for 7 days for that to get a response then they just do that.. I may not be getting my account back
