Friend borrowed my phone and now I'm disabled on Discord? What do I do?

Hello, I've been an active user of discord since 2018 and all of a sudden, my account gets disabled shortly after that I got my phone back from a friend. I don't know what they did while that they used my phone, but they were supposed to text a friend because their phone was bricked up. 

Do you know how that I can work things out with discord support? I'm honestly at a loss and i've made many friends here in the servers over the years and I don't want to lose all of those wonderful memories. 

Please, I don't even know why I got two messages that said I violated TOS…

    Hello Joey! I recommend checking for any guidelines violations, as Discord may send an email if there are moderation actions against your account.

    Oh dont worry, nothing will happen and you wont get your account back because discord appeals take way too long to fit into the two week account disabled period and on top of that will not help you AT ALL depending on the account ban reason.

    Hello Buffy , thanks for the words of wisdom. Sadly, Clyde simply shrugged off my ticket and said that it was not to be reinstated because of a guideline violation, but never actually got the reason why.

     

    This situation is very frustrating…
