Your account is disabled
Someone had such a problem that suddenly you are thrown out of your account by discord, when you try to log in, it says that the account is disabled and does not even allow you to recover the password (is it a blocking or what is the problem?). Although I did not break any rules and hacking is also excluded. I have written two requests and have not yet received a response from the administrators. How can this issue be resolved as soon as possible?

my account was diabled on nov 18 and yet not a single response form the support team in addition to that they also keeps closing my tickets without stating the reason or response other than that people on different social media platform also claims that they never got any respone for years…..

Either: Discord support will do their job or discord will ignore you.

My account was disabled falsely on Nov 6th. It was deleted today. I had numerous attempts to no prevail. They will close tickets without responding. It’s an Ai bot that response. Most likely you’ll get some generic junk response about you violated either the TOS or Community guidelines. When asked for details on how they will not tell you. On Oct 24th this was supposed to have STOPPED. They implemented a new system where if you violated something they would send you a message in discord. They obviously haven’t used it or are inept in implementing their own policy changes. The only way to maybe possibly get a response is to file a complaint or review on BBB. I have seen complaints get a response. I plan to now as I want my money back from items bought within the time I had discord… since they have been unable to produce or provide me what I “supposedly” did which was so heinous to be disabled and then deleted.
I wish you luck, albeit… I doubt you will have it with the lack of customer service in this platform known as discord.1
