Discoverable server badge

I think it would be appropriate  to have a badge for Discoverable server owners, similiar to the Partnered Server Owner badge, especially now that that program is (at least temporarily) closed. It is already required that such servers have 1000 members among a few other requirements, which is no easy feet, so it would by no means be a common badge that everyone could just get.

This badge would be nice way to acknowledge the many great server owners that spend time and effort running these servers and help create more interaction on Discord.
