Hacked Account no word from support in over a month.

As the title suggests my discord account that I've had for 6 years got hacked last month on November 2nd, and very quickly I followed all the necessary steps in order to recover it and made sure the hacker couldn't get into anything else. Despite this it's been over a month since I submitted my ticket and no response other then the bot saying I'd be forwarded to the trust and safety team. I heard submitting more tickets or responding to the currently open one puts you back in queue but I don't know what else to do really. I can't really afford to lose the account since I've had it for so long and I have all the proof in the world that account belongs to me but discord support just doesn't want to respond. Just now I learnt the account looks like it's been deleted but it's still in servers and has badges, which from the sound of it means it isn't actually deleted, but honestly I just want any kind response from the team so I can just end this already.

    I've had no word from Discord for 2 months now like a week ago they looked at the ticket and did nothing. Contacting on Twitter doesn't do anything.

    Yeah I've something similar happened, around 2 weeks after it happened I saw that activity was made on the ticket while I was away but no actual posts or anything. Was wondering if it was them just looking at it or something else but I wish everything was much more clear about this situation.

    Discord won't do anything. Just go into incognito and a VPN and make a new account.

    I wouldn't mind but I kinda owned a couple private servers with friends and such, as well as just having the account for a long time. So I don't really want to lose it.

    I'm having the same issue. My account was hacked on the 20th of November… and support is pretty much entirely ignoring the issue. I've opened a few other tickets to try and get their attention but they labeled one solved, checked the OTHER ticket currently open and then left it completely alone with no reply whatsoever despite me having provided multiple evidences. 

    I too don't want to lose that account as I've had it since 2017 and have private servers that I used for testing, etc. It is the owner of several small friend servers as well. It's been messaging my friends to potentially scam them too. 

    I have mentioned that if it isn't solved, this could become a bigger issue. Still nothing. 

    Opening a ticket does get their attention but… They don't read apparently.
