Disabled account (maybe for being underage)

Hello guys,

So I dont really know if my account got disabled for being underage because I didnt receive any email (I checked everywhere in email). I think its the reason because I was making fun on one disocrd server that I am under 13 years old. I tried reaching for ticket, twitter support but to response at all. I dont know what to do. Already sended proof with my id card that I am old enough to use disocrd. Not even BOT can answer me
