Ticket has taken over a WEEK! To be resolved

Literally has taken 8 days and no one has taken up the ticket. I’ve sent about 4 tickets and no reply at all.. ive had this account for nearly 3 years and its going to be taken away because someone decided to report me when i was in a counting channel?? Discord do you SERIOUSLY think a 5 year old would be on this app?????
