Fix Nelly its just falsy solving my appeals

Well the bot Nelly had just saying solved to my stuff no reply its for a undisable ok pvplolmand for false age ban I have put 2 files with me and proof of age and ownership of account but of course Nelly says.  No account age verification i have stop closing my support ticket
