Ghosting off tickets

Discord first problem the Nelly but not working well at all and second is that you are just ghosting me and others I have an appeal for my 6 7 year old account pvplolmand and you are nowhere to be seen when you need to answer it its the job of the support and they are getting paid for not helping in anyway

    It's bad.  It's been over two months since I opened an unresolved ticket, and something like 58 days since a human responded to it.

    Well you're lucky to have someone even respond to you, for me I didn't even get the luxury of getting noticed by a bot even.

    Only thing that has been taken by a bot is a alt i made and it did not help
