Account disabled for no reason, Discord refuses to help me

Hi, I am here to ask for help with this, my account is disabled after a virus infected my pc and started sending spam messages from my account which is now disabled.

I tried appealing to Discord support, but the only response I got to that message was a bot explicitly telling me that they will not reinstate my account because it violated the terms of service and community guidelines. I understand that happened, but it is unfair because it was because of a virus. I literally never touched the computer while that was going on.

My account is called Aloy#6322

I have the proof of everything that happened, I can prove my story, I just want justice from Discord because this is so unfair. It's an important account I've had since 2016... please.
