To initiate a server ownership transfer, ensure the following criteria are met: 
Your server must have at least 100 members. 
The current server owner has not accessed their account for a minimum of one month. 
You, as the requester, have been active on your account within the last 30 days. 
You, as the requester, possess administrator or moderator permissions within the server. 


To proceed with a server ownership transfer, is it necessary to capture screenshots of the essential elements in my server that satisfy the aforementioned requirements? Or will the trust and safety team, look themselves?

    Hello Heatheralcantar123!

    The agent reviewing your server transfer request will review the server themself. Attaching required material is not needed, just providing the proper information (i.e Server ID) will help them assess and give you the proper support you're looking for.
