Please help.
Discord continues to repeatedly request age verification from me, despite ensuring that I meet all their specified criteria. I consistently inquire about any missing elements in the submitted photo, yet their response remains consistent:
"Please include all requested materials in a single photo, ensuring clear visibility of each item. This photo should comprise:
- Your face (i.e., send a selfie)
- You holding a piece of paper displaying your username
- You holding a photo ID containing your date of birth
Sensitive parts of your photo ID can be obscured, but your face and date of birth must be clearly visible. Note that screenshots, printouts, or other copies of identification are not acceptable; the original ID must be presented."
There seems to be confusion in their messages, as they initially asked for the username with the 4 digits, but later specified an updated username. In response, when I included the 4 digits, they then requested the updated username. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Can someone help me?

What username are they looking for?

There’s a username update (which removes the #0000). You should’ve made a new username in that case.
