Account Hacked, and disabled without giving reason.

My account was hacked over two weeks ago and then “disabled” allegedly. However the hacker is still using the account to try and send himself nitro almost every single day, and the only response I've received from discord after filing many requests is “We've disabled the account and won't reinstate it” I've tried many times to get a human review with no luck? Has anybody had any positive experience with discord support at all? Has anyone ever managed to speak to a human? This is so frustrating. I've had my account for 6 years and spent over 200 dollars on nitro for it. I once respected discord but this is disgusting.

    To note as well, I provided screenshot evidence in several of these tickets showing that the account was no longer under my control and hacked. As well as card history with them attempting to purchase nitro still several days after they claimed to “disable” my account. And evidence of the account being online and used. So Haunt I've noticed you've been helping people around here, do you have any more secrets you can give to me on how to sort this out or is it time to boycott this company.
