Discord falsely disabled my account for being underage.

Hello,

About five days ago, I got an email from discord that stated my account was disabled because I was "under the age of 13". I've heard of this happening to people who jokingly claim they're 9 or 10 before, but I had not done anything like or said anything that could be interpreted as me claiming I was underage. I am not, in fact, under the age of 13, and am about three months shy of my 17th birthday.
It said I could get my account back by submitting a ticket where I would show proof of my age, my account, and myself in the photo, which I did; I put through a ticket, and (this part is my personal error) marked it as to "Appeal an action taken on my account or bot" instead of "update my age information", something I didn't find out until re-reading the email for details about an hour or so later.

I thought I could solve this by submitting a new ticket explaining both my issue (submitting evidence again) and my mistake, and for anybody who read it could disregard the previous one, and was confused when it was marked as resolved within half an hour with zero actual response. I then put through two more tickets explaining my situation as I rationalized that it could be a mistake, before realizing that discord support probably has some sort of system that auto-closes perceived duplicate tickets, and that duplicate tickets apparently pushes the original ticket all the way to the back of submitted tickets taking longer for it to be reviewed

Couldn't find any way to close my first ticket to reopen another one and explain it better, so I amended the first ticket slightly and hoped for the best - it's since been, again, four days, and not a peep from discord.

Customary google search showed that there's a seemingly infinite number of people who have had their accounts disabled like this and waited months for no response, so I tried other options; messaging discord's twitter account (no response) and sending a support email (redirected and treated as a newly opened ticket which was closed soon after).

I know discord deletes disabled accounts after two weeks or so, and I'm quite worried about that alongside the fact that their moderation somehow can target paying customers and suspend their services for no reason and based on no proof whatsoever. I don't expect anyone who can do anything about the ticket to see this, but on the off chance they do, I'm not really asking for preferential treatment, but at least for how long will I have to wait until my issue is addressed? All I really care about is to get my account reinstated before it is deleted in nine days.
