Account Disabled

So after going to sleep opening my phone It said account disabled it logged me out, I checked gmail there was no entry mail or changed pass, or changed mail I had no 2FA, I just got logged out but only thing I remember I downloaded some .exes and maybe it had virus or something, it was yesterday exactly and I messaged support but no response.

    I assume all of the requests are handled by bots in this sector I've been disabled for about a week now and I can't seem to get a proper response. I would recommend just trying to open another request and keeping it open until an actual staff member arrives.
