Disabled Account, Help appreciated!

I have created a ticket and contacted discord support on twitter in regards to information about being over the age of 13 with my identification from the DMV and a selfie with my discord tag. 

I'm not technically and procedurally gifted enough to understand how to flip words around when using a camera. I sent in 2 photos; hopefully it is enough information to verify my age. 

The reason for creating this post is that my account owns servers that have relevant information i store for legal battle I have with a collision accident; there is also a case where i have friends in one server as well.

I would appreciate if I could have information about when I am able to have my account reenabled or any information on how to acquire the server information to join from because my account is the only member.

    been waiting for five days the turnaround rate is probably something like two weeks, good luck

    same exact thing happened to me, they think i'm under 13

    I assume all of the requests are handled by bots in this sector I've been disabled for about a week now and I can't seem to get a proper response. I would recommend just trying to open another request and keeping it open until an actual staff member arrives.

    Send em a pic of your passport and then your face with a paper for "discord support only!". I think you can censor out the info and leave only your BOD and Name

    I suggest you try another support for example i made a ticket in technical issues.
