Display current local time on profile

GitHub already has this feature, and I think it would be quite useful to have this feature on Discord, just as we now have pronouns.
I've seen many people use the timestamp formatting to display their timezone, or simply type their timezone. But with a feature like this, it will be much easier for people to indicate their time zone on their profile, as well as showing what the actual time is for that user.
