Why is appealing a ban *that* hard and why is Clyde the only mod??
I mean I've already recieved two answers from discord and they're absoluetly the same and both sent from the "good" and "smart" bot Clyde.
Here is my message (ids and names redacted for logical reasons):
"Hello. I am "<redacted>" aka. "<redacted>", My User ID is "<redacted>".
For you to understand what happened let me tell you the whole story and not give a message that has probably been taken out of context. I would like to speak to actual support, not Clyde, thank you for your understanding.
Lets start from the beginning. I was friends with <redacted> aka. "<redacted>", User ID "<redacted>" and <redacted>, User ID "<redacted>". I have requested for <redacted> to be banned because he was constantly sending my face pictures. I decided to let that be a lesson for him, but i still kept it as a secret. Well logically because they would try to get back on me for reporting him. Well it came up about a month ago and they just blocked me. I decided to let that go and started a new life without them, but what i didn't expect is that they would get back on me for my report on him. They reported me to Discord and i got banned about 3 days ago. Discord is a HUGE part of my life and that's why it of course got me sad, like really sad.
So now i am here making a new appeal ticket and i would love it if i would get unbanned on Discord or at least get like a month penalty or 3 month penalty, for me my Discord account is worth like gold and i would love for it not to get deleted. So could you please either reactivate my account or give me a penalty of a month temp ban or longer, because i don't think i deserve a ban for reporting another guy who not only had my face pics, but had others face pics too! Thank you for your understanding.
PS. If it wouldnt be that hard could you please give me the exact reason of ban not just "disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines" so that i could be sure not to do the same mistake again, and again Thank you for your understanding."
And no matter what the message had the first time and the second time (this message is the second time), Clyde would reply
"Hello,
Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account.
Sincerely,
Discord Trust & Safety"
Not even trying to help me or somehow investigate this. It would be nice if they atleast told the reason, BUT its always this mysterious “disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines”. Why????
My account is really worth a LOT because it was registered in 2018, i had nitro (spent more than 250$ in a row.) on there and a lot of friends and chats. I thought discord was really better than spamming all the appeal requests after **14** hours!
Someone please help this is impossible, i really had a lot on my account and i need it back ASAP, it was banned about 2-3 days ago so i have only 11 days left before deletion! Please help!

Your never gonna believe what i did, basically i wrote an email over by email to dispute, privacy and support at the same time, lets all hope this will work because we will have a new way of appealing way faster and less frustraiting than support, i mean a dude was just closing my ticket not replying anything when i asked if i could talk to their manager hahaha

Excuse me, can you explain to me how you did it because my account was suspended yesterday and I sent 5 tikcets to me, the generous Clyde said exactly the same thing you posted, I just want my account, it's also from 2018 with nitro, I'm very worried

I have the absolute same story, for now i have gathered some info that
1. DO NOT OPEN A LOT OF TICKETS IT WILL AND WILL LOWER YOUR CHANCE
2. Be as respective as possible
3. You can try Help & Support and open a ticket there after which type “I request to speak to a human” and wait for a reply, add no info at all
4. After the clyde sends the message, send “I request for my appeal to be looked into” and just wait.
5. Be patient only one message is enough! Otherwise it will lower your chances further
