Discord is not answering my age appeal

someone reported me for being 13 and because of that i am waiting for 4 days to get unbanned. If discord has a small support team thats not my problem becaue i need to get my account open.No one responded to any of my tickets.and they closed the newer ones without giving me a cause . This is not funny i had somany things in that acc (homeworks, etc) my account needs to get unbanned as soon as possible.
