I CAN'T VERIFY WITH PHONE NUMBER, DISCORD IS NOT DOING ANYTHING TO HELP

I was just scrolling through cord at night and all of a sudden my account gets clocked out because something weird is going on which is stupid! Now I'm locked and for some reason the stupid owner of discord thought it would be a good idea for it to be an only phone verification thing
