Account shadow flagged

I created a new account on Discord and was migrating my friends to it when it was suddenly shadow flagged. Now I am required to provide a phone number to use it. Why is this? I haven't violated any rules. I don't understand why the automated system did this. And I further don't understand why the staff can't simply remove it.

  Hello Haunt sorry to bother you but I could really use some help here. My account was shadow flagged by the system and now requires my phone number in order to use it. I don't understand why this is happening and tech support are not being transparent with me. My ticket number is 41937090 and is marked as solved, but it's far from solved.
