Should I submit another ticket?

Been 12 days since my account was disabled, which means I'm down to 2 days before it gets fully wiped. Should be a simple fix. There was a credit card dispute for discord nitro but I resolved the dispute 12 days ago, yet still no response from discord support.

Wondering if I should make a new ticket, though I've heard that can push me to the bottom of their queue. Does anyone know what I should do?

    yes ive submitted another ticket and after 12 hours theyve un disabled by account in 1 week!

    Huh, I submitted another ticket and it got instantly marked as “solved” without any information. 1 day left now until it gets wiped. Hoping for the best

    Nope. No response. Sucks that I did everything on my end but will still lose my 8 year account because of slow support
