Ignored by Discord Support
It seems ridiculous that such a big company could just ignore tonnes of people who got their account disabled for stuff they did not even do.
I have sent them 2 tickets on the day I knew it got disabled - 1 was marked as open and the other as solved. Since I got a total of zero responses from them, I resent a ticket just now and guess what? They marked it as solved.
It is just shocking how they prefer to lose members instead of helping people with their issues.

Keep an eye on one ticket, for some reason they regard having multiple tickets as spam and won't respond to you

rickyyy “open” means the ticket is waiting for the staff reply.

Lontry i know but they are more likely ignoring it because taking already 54h to reply is insane

it's best you only have one ticket. I opened 3 because I got no email confirmations so I had no idea they even went through until I logged in here. If you have more than one they get marked solved cuz they are duplicates.
Still I'm in the same boat but it's been 11 days and twice a response from the bot but no person yet…

the problem is the discord bot keeps marking the ticket as solved so you have to keep posting to open it back up

no still waiting for an answer by a person. The ticket that had activity on it 6 days ago but no answer is also still open and no response. Just being patient because that's all I can do.
In much retrospect, I learned my account got disabled because I reposted an image the captcha system of the server I joined asked for. The image is there multiple times in the server and it's just a normal image. Except it's not. I recently found out here on the forums that it's a frame from a bad video regarding children.. So at this point for me I care less about my account, and more so that I got implicated in such an atrocity. For them to allow a picture that they autoban you for just sit in servers makes no sense at all. The image should be programmed to auto delete or auto stop the post to start with. If it wasn't there to begin with, someone like me with such clean eyes would never have been anywhere near it. So I also have a ticket reporting this issue itself to the abusive behaviour section and hoping at least that gets the attention it should have had long ago.

56 days with no human response on my stolen account. Discord's ignoring their users and does not care about us.
