Account disabled due to 'being underage' (I'm 25)
Woke up this morning to find an e-mail from Discord disabling my account at 2 am for “claiming to be under 13”. I followed their steps in the e-mail to verify my age, sending a selfie with my ID and I have received no reply. I'm expecting no replies throughout the weekend, which means my plans with friends is thrown in the bin for no good reason.
Can any active personnel please look into my ticket? Surely it's a two minute issue.
