7 year old account disabled for no reason, no response from support, no live chat feature either. What should I do?

Do I just pray they finally get to my ticket, or should I accept I lost that account and friends forever?

No way to call them or live chat with discord support.

    Yeah, pray that that respond. I have a similar account age and it's been 13 days and no response

    Well that's great. 

    Why do they immediately lock you out of your account? They should maybe give you a warning and have your account disabled in 7 days if you can't refute the false report. I use Discord for literally everything and have probably missed a lot in just 2 days of inactivity.

    The lack of a live chat with Discord support and/or the ability to call them doesn't help either. It's like I'm sending mails/tickets into a black hole.

    Erk Your best option rn is to rejoin those chat with an alt, otherwise it’s very unlikely your account is coming back unfortunately.

    Either that or this discord holiday vacation has to end next Monday. I understand there's less people because of the holiday season but it's literally January 6th. Why automate systems to disable accounts if there no one present to recitify it? 

    Extremely amateurish behavior considering this is one of the biggest and most popular applications currently.

    Because offering you support does not make them any money, but I bet they'd fix any nitro payment issues within minutes.

    Erk their support is actually back in “full” they came back on the 2nd and the Trust and Safety team just decide to lack off as always
