i cant Delte a role called HACKED in my server and im the owner of it

someone raided my server he created a random channels and roles but i  deleted them all then i check the roles i see 1 role left called (HACKED) i try to delete it multiple times but it doesnt do anything (i banned the one who raided my server) why i can delete it and im the owner of the server BRUH
