Forced logged out. Can not log back in

I found my discord account logged out between last nigh an this morning. Now, when I try to login to my account, I am successful but being given another 4 digit numbered account with the same prefix and neither of my two servers are there. When I click on my account name on the lower left corner (chrome browser on Ubuntu Linux if it makes a difference)  I can see my account but with a red dot looking sign next to it. When I click on Log In, it successfully logs in with my saved password but puts me back to this new 4 digit numbered account with no servers in it.

How do I fix this ?

    Possibly hacked and had your email switched to a newer similar account. It's hard to know with how you describe it. If you had to do a password reset the first time to login then yeah you got hacked and need to make a ticket to recover it. Good luck.
