You keep closing my tickets with no response. The issue is not resolved. My two daughters signed up for a free trial when we went to log into their account to cancel both they were unable to log in. We finally figured it out and submitted the cancellation and you still keep charging me. Then you keep closing the tickets saying to login and cancel and we already did. Then you close the tickets to say use their email address and we are not doing that because they are under age and the payment is made through my paypal. I have provided the payment IDs several times and escalated this to PAYPAL for fraud on your end because you won't refund and you keep closing the tickets without reply or resolution. Then you blocked my IP address saying too many requests! REFUND ME! Payment ID 1170519855087231031, 1192626523270807696, 1181391260750204998

    I'm waiting till they unban me. If they don't, I will file chargeback on them since they shouldn't be doing this and discord might be under legal trouble for this.
