Trying to recover hacked account

It's been about a month since my account got stolen, the tldr of how it happened is I lost control of both my email and discord accounts due to a virus, and the hacker was able to both change my discord accounts associated email and create a new (now disabled) account with my email. I was able to recover and secure my email almost immediately but about a month later I'm still trying to recover my discord account. I have provided photo id and nitro receipts to prove that I am the original account owner and the only contact I've had from discord was an automated msg 25 days ago saying that they couldn't restore my original account due to a new account being associated with my email, I replied to the ticket letting support know that I was not the one who created the account currently associated with my email and that it says it's disabled when I try to log in using my email. As I've said it has been about a month since I've even received an automated msg and I have yet to talk to a real person or receive any meaningful help.
