Discord do respond to dms on twitter. 

20+ wait times on tickets is clearly an issue that needs to be brought to their attention and the more people who message them about it, the more likely they are to hire a support team to answer us :)

    I agree, tweeting and creating threads on reddit might help catch their atention.

    Everyday I tweet at them, DM main and support account… no response, zero communication. I’ve accepted that theres no hope for my account and Im using my alt now

    They do not respond in twitter.

    They will respond to you on twitter like once or twice lol. Then they ghost you. They are just there to stop you from getting angry for another week.

    They don't reply on Twitter, unless if your issue is something easy, or regarding Nitro payments.

    ImEvo™ They responded the same to me, I sent the ticket and nothing else was done and that was the only time they ever replied to me

    My main Account was disabled on January 31st and i did a lot have tickets because i didn't get a response until yesterday
