Should I receive an Email if I requested to verify my age?

My account got disabled and I send request to verify my age, but I didn't receive any Email confirming that I've sent the request. Is it normal?

  You should see your ticket open

  SzymonThimoPL it seems you were disabled for some other reason, not age verification. Likely have to resubmit as an appeal and not age update
