Discord support saying solved but isnt solved

I've opendd THREE TICKETS AND ALL 3 SAY SOLVED BUT NOTHINGS SOLVED  i'm gonna lose my account to some bad support system i followed each steps i got disabled for being underage but im 14 so no clue why my account is being disabledd

    I'm at a similar situation, My account was hacked, and I'm still waiting over a month after submitting the original ticket. I have attempted to submit additional tickets, but they immediately get marked solved with no explanation. It's highly frustrating that this is the only avenue to support that they have. I've been a paying Nitro supporter since the very beginning of their nitro program. And this is how they treat someone who pays them over $100 a year! Disgraceful!

    Everytime you submit a new ticket you're just pushing yourself to the back of the line.

    Well, I guess I won't submit any more tickets, but it seems like a really bad way to promote customer loyalty. I will never purchase nitro subscription again due to this delay. The only reason why I want my account back at this point is to clear up all the mess the hacker caused.
