False Age Ban

I got an e-mail from Discord that said my account apparently got disabled for being underage which isn’t true, I'm 25 years old. I’m way above the minimum age for using Discord in my country which is 13. I submitted 7 tickets but nobody answered and some staff named Nelly labeled it "solved". I was asked in the e-mail that I can fulfill them so that i could use my account again and I already did that, several timesa actually. Only one of those 7 tickets is labeled “open” right now and the ticket number is #42472704. Im so sick of support not responding and I don’t want my account to get terminated because of some misunderstanding or just a system gap. I never joked about my age and I suppose they took the message out of the context.

    My country is Turkey by the way, and i really don't wanna lose my account because i heard that if it's disabled for 20 days or something the accounts get deleted. This is a 2016 account, my only account that i've been using for 8 years at this point, please help.

    Hi, it seems to me that it marks "solved" on all tickets except one marked "open" to lean on it and avoid having too many ticket to your name and take care of ticket by other user. No need to create several tickets, just be patient. They'll answer you on the main ticket

    Back in a day 2021/2022 they used to respond within 21-22 days. I assume that now, because of holidays season, this might be a bit longer. Since those morons do not provide any update on that i would guess that its between 28-34 days.

    Tomasz Przyborek1 but i heard that if an account is disabled for more than 20 days it gets deleted and you can't log in anymore

    west I have heard that the account will not be deleted if the appeal process is open.

    Tomasz Przyborek1 how do i even know if the process is open though? They haven't responded to my ticket
