My account was falsely suspended for being underage and I have had 0 responses

I made a joke in a discord with while talking with friends and it was very clearly a joke. I am not suspended and it has been about 10 days now but I haven't heard a single thing back from discord. I got no confirmation email about them receiving my appeal or any response about it since. I am very not underage at all and if I lose this I will lose contact with many friends I probably wont be able to find again. How much longer do I need to wait? I better not lose my account from this if they don't end up responding

    Same thing for me, I didn't even do anything and got my account disabled for the same exact reason. I've waited for 3 days straight for a response and still nothing

    This seems to be a big problem that they are refusing to address. The policy where they say

    *Note: Opening new support requests or sending too many responses on an open case will update the ticket in our system and move it to the back of the queue.*

    intimidates people affected by this into silence even after not being helped for a long time, because if they check back in about it, it'll just push them to the back of the line, and if they stay silent about it, it's easier for them to be ignored. Discord, you are dropping the ball on this. I've been a long time paying Nitro member and am part of lots of servers I would not be able to get new invites to on a new account, and this is affecting my livelihood.

    I do wonder if the “don't open new tickets, you'll be pushed to the back of the queue” is an intimidation tactic like you suggested or genuine truth. 

    I already made a new account, and recommend you to do the same, because there's a decent chance our accounts won't be recovered. I'm convinced there's actually nobody in support looking at these tickets or forum posts, except for 1 guy on Twitter who can't help us at all.

    Yo, just got my account activated back on. Had to wait 7 days. Just stay patient, and you'll get unbanned soon
