False age ban
I got an e-mail from Discord that said my account apparently got disabled for being underage which isn’t true, I'm 19 years old. I’m way above the minimum age for using Discord in my country which is 13. I submitted 8 tickets but nobody answered and some staff named Nelly labeled it "solved". I was asked in the e-mail that I can fulfill them so that i could use my account again and I already did that, several timesa actually. Only one of those 8 tickets is labeled “open” right now and the ticket number is #42432331. Im so sick of support not responding and I don’t want my account to get terminated because of some misunderstanding or just a system gap. I never joked about my age and I suppose they took the message out of the context.

Some idiotic lgbt lover called Oyster answered my ticket. I was banned for saying “She's 10” assuming im the 10 year old. When i showed this person called Oyster my id showing im 17 (allowed age in my country is 16+) HE REJECTED IT AND INSTEAD GOT MY ACCOUNT DELETED. I cannot make a ticket i cannot do shit without it all being marked as solved. Discord needs to get off their asses and make a process to find out which staff are absolute dogshit and which ones are actually good. I hate this platform with a passion and i hope Oyster gets demoted.

My ticket verifying my age has been open for almost 5 days now while my account is disabled. I don’t understand how the Discord support people think this is okay.

They won't help you because that takes time away from them making the app worse and not making money. Obviously a joke but they seem to prioritise keeping people safe by disabling everyone who they deem to be bad.

this is just outright insane. Maybe check and send a message asking to confirm the age first and if there is no response, then take action?

I've personally had my account disabled for 2 weeks. I received the e-mail stating that “I'm underage” (I'm 25 years old) , followed their appeal process and submitted a ticket, and I've had absolutely 0 reply whatsoever.
Unlike other users, I don't get the ‘instant solve’ problem, my tickets have been ‘open’ the entire team, but not assigned to anyone.

I finally received a response to my original ticket today, almost 8 days after submitting it with my age verification and they reactivated my account. try not submitting multiple tickets, that will just make it worse.

Same problem, I wrote: “I’m 12” without implying my age, it was taken out of context.
I created an account when I was 18, so according to discord I created an account when I was 6 years old? xD

Having the same issue..somehow figured out to reopen ticket via ‘conversations’ and a person name ‘Mollusk’ constantly first mailed me the same response saying ‘some of the documents are missing’ and now they're rejecting my age verification ticket… I'm bout to loose my 3-4yrs old ID
