Discord disabled my discord account and suspended my support account.
My account has been disabled with no reason for almost two weeks with no response except an auto bot reply. After 12 days my ticket kept getting instant resolved, even when I responded to it again that I wanted to speak to a human. So I made another ticket with the same information as the first one because I still wanted to speak to someone about my 8 year old account that was disabled out of nowhere. Well I wake up today and now my support account is suspended as well lol. You cannot make this shit up, discord is so good at disabling people's accounts but they cannot give you a human response back to someone who has an 8 year old account. And better yet they silence you by suspending your account so you can't do anything at all. Please someone in discord support, help everyone who has had their discord account wrongfully suspended.

I also have been suspended, they stated I broke tos but won’t provide anything. I never received a email or anything. Support will not reply to me. I am hoping a new company comes along that’s better than discord.
7 year old account. Thousands spent on boosting. Not apart of any nsfw communities. Only close friends and some gaming discords.5 -
tomtom Yep same exact situation im in. The only good thing is that a lot of people are in the same situation we are in so there is more of a chance discord reverses it, but with this support I really don't have hope.

It’s absolutely insane to me that no one is doing anything about it. If they automatically keep charging for my server boosts on my disabled account, that’s a major lawsuit waiting to happen.

I agree. I think discord support was already behind because of the holidays and not having enough support staff to keep up with how big of a platform discord is. So they hired a bot to help out but the bot just created more work for the staff with false bans. tomtom

I've made like 6 posts that got 10 replies each on my main support account before discord nuked it. Im pretty sure they know about the issue, they just don't have the manpower to actually do anything about it

Well they won’t silence my stubborn ass. I work at home and have unlimited time to keep badgering until this is resolved.

I’ve heard of a few alternative programs coming out soon that may give discord a run. How the mighty always fall when they get greedy and stop supporting their customers

Honestly i dont understand what happened to me besides the bot saying my account got Disabled for tos and wont be reinstated but i havent broken any of their tos or cog.
Im honestly thinking of going back to teamspeak by this point because this is just dumb and i havent done anything but ive still got an alt with about 1% of my servers and friends list on it but im just lost at the moment to be honest because ive been waiting for an actual reply for 14 days and ive just been watching everyone else post about it.1 -
If you want to hear something funny discord changed the password on my account but its still disabled.
so idk if thats a bug or something thats not supposed to be happening is going on at the time being.1 -
Cobra#8561 Yep I hear you man, I am in the same position. It's crazy how there is just nobody at support to help us, and a 15 billion dollar company is still running off a ticket system instead of a live chat or phone. There isn't anything we can really do though, we are at the mercy of Discord to give us our accounts back even though we did nothing wrong.

Cobra#8561 I have bad news. It would appear from my research. All your data associated with the account is gone. Etc passwords, bilings maybe even email. The account won’t be deleted until 30 days but 14 days is enough for most of your information to be deleted

Welp all i can say is if that is the case there goes 7 years of servers, friends, and nitro

yeah, 14 days is the window of saving the account. Beyond that is just screaming at a brick wall and support going “nuh uh”

Anyone of you got it figured out yet? I'm hopeful I just need a human to reach out to my ticket but it takes some tries apparently..
Also, I seriously dont know why they do this, because that would just end up leaving them with more tickets to deal with and making discord users furious.

Sorry if I’m late to the party, but my long standing account that was supposed to turn 7 years got falsely Suspended/Disabled for because of Discord AI.
I lose 75% of my friends since I haven’t been chatting with them in months-years and I don’t know what their usernames still almost all of them have changed their names,All my old messages, memories, etc just went away in an instant.
I even got some people from school. One of them even is deceased and all of their messages.
I tried contacting Discord support team and I keep getting the same “ We’re working on it!” Ai responds. I just pray that I get it back or a miracle to happen. I’m glad I am not the only one that lose their account for something as ridiculous as saying “My account is almost 7 years old.”~vorntheash
