No automated email after submitting a request to get my account unbanned
Hello,
My account got banned for spamming and/or platform abuse, it happened while I was out for dinner but I submitted an appeal using dis.gd/request on my phone providing all the correct e-mail, but I didn't get an automated e-mail from Discord saying that we've received your request. I tried again just now after 12 hours on my computer and I still did not get an automated e-mail. Are my requests getting voided or did discord remove the automated message? if so where would they respond?

Exactly the same here, i dont know whats been going on with discord their side of course, but it is very bloody annoying

I think Discord is now accepting requests under “my activities” on this page. I can see all the support tickets with status, replies, and everything. However, I have not received a reply in over 24 hours on the support ticket I have recently opened as of saying this unfortunately. I AM NOT SURE where they will reply but that seems to be where

Same happened with me. The email doesn't matter. You should see it in your activities.
I put in a ticket to tell them I wasnt getting emails but they don't care
