    MalfurionLav AI, no email. You should get an email if your account was disabled for other issues. And no unban if AI banned.

    I was really hoping that Discord would realize their mistake and help all of us that had our accounts falsely banned. The only thing I hope is that a discord competitor shows up so I can jump ship. I dont really feel like making another account on the same platform that nuked my 8 year old main without even a response

    20 days without response here, I'm expecting my account to be yeeted too. 
    I did receive an e-mail on why I got banned (age banned) but I doubt there'll be anyone actually looking at it.

    It's not just disabled accounts, even the hacked accounts.. my account has been hacked like 20 days ago and still no response from discord support, it's so stupid that the hacker still has access to my account.. and discord support does nothing, only sending automated response after 2 days, saying “it seems you made a new account on ur email and we can't change it back” but i even specified it wasn't me but the hacker.

    At this point i would be okay if they just deleted the account so i can at least start from the beginning.

    it's free and they respond fast there. I've seen some people get their ticket looked into when it was age-related, so good luck.

    They don't respond to tickets, and recently they've been ‘solving’ them too. I update them with more information to re-open them, but afterwards I get nothing again.

    Erk  It's a direct complaint to their business. They don't respond to the ticket there, but they answer in the sense that they tell you the status of your ticket. If you haven't had an answer to your ticket in days, you will get an answer after prompting them there usually. That answer might be ‘we are experiencing a high volume of tickets’ or something, but when it came to age-related complaints, they actually responded with ‘we checked and reinstated ..’. So I think you have a chance if you try there.

    @Mikey I can't seem to @ you cuz ur not on the list but same thing happened with my Gunter ticket. No longer assigned to him but they kept marking it solved an hour or so after I commented back to open it again. So I left it alone.

    I don't really know how bbb works. They don't respond to your phone number. They respond through email. So you can probably use any phone number. Just don't consent to them reaching out for a survey or whatever.

    We are currently experiencing a higher than usual ticket volume. As of 1/29/24 ticket #(number of ticket) is still listed in an open status and is currently under review by our team. Updates are pending. All communications regarding this matter will be done through the open ticket and not through this claim.

    I can reject, and demand at least guarantees that my account will not be deleted by the time of review, but… I don’t know how them respond..
