Account Disabled Due to Chargeback
To summarize my story, a hacker got into my account and made several charges for Discord Nitro. Only a $99.99 Discord Nitro charge got through. I eventually got my account back, then proceeded to request a chargeback from my bank. That was my mistake. Discord sent me an email notifying that my account is disabled and requested to withdraw the chargeback before making my appeal. I proceed to do so and sent my appeal afterwards. My appeal immediately gets marked as resolved with no changes to my account nor any ticket response. Right now, I am stuck with a $99.99charge on my credit card and a disabled account.
Is there any other way to get my $99.99 refunded and/or my account enabled?

Contact your bank or CC company. Surprised that you got your account back the first time.

See, I got this problem but the $99.99 charge didn't happen due to Paypal flagging it as a suspicious purchase. The $9.99 charge that went through I requested a chargeback on, but then it led to my account being flagged and disabled as well.

Wow, that's just wrong overall by Discord. Foul business practice tbh.

I already contacted my bank and canceled the chargeback. All I can do now is wait until I get a proper response to my ticket.

The same happened to me, and I'm still waiting a feedback for 2 weeks.
Edit: i got my account back after 17 days.

I got a response from support a few hours ago. My account is enabled and refunded. I can use Discord as normal now. Best of luck to all of you in your endeavors.

Should be the same as everyone else. A ban appeal explaining my situation with a letter from my bank with proof of chargeback withdrawal.

same but i chargeback by Paypal they quickly done it and i got money back already of course i get email from paypal it was Unauthorized purchase and dispute is ended

So I'm unsure what to do as I filed the chargeback through Paypal. I can't exactly ask them to undo it as the money got withdrawn back to my bank account while waiting for my ticket to be read.

One ticket is somehow still open on this account, and I had some kind of response from my old email prior to making this account and been waiting on a response for those.

I am currently in the same boat. Still waiting for my ticket (42996800) to be answered. Cancelled the chargeback within minutes and sent confirmation that the dispute was cancelled, an e-mail from paypal confirming the same and a screenshot from paypal customer service chat also confirming the same. Ticket has been open for 4 days. I really hope my account doesn't get deleted.
