Support makes no sense

I know a guy from a server, who is under 16 when he created his account.
In my country, discord is 16 or higher.

He was unbanned for false underage after 2 days.

I´m 30, I created my account with +20y and I still banned after a week.

    Have you had any luck with discord support? I'm still awaiting my ticket being seen :(

    No response.
    And I saw many other comments here in another category, that they haven´t an answer after a month and they lost their profiles.

    So I think, we´ll lose our accounts too.
