For anyone that had their account falsely disabled

I would be very surprised if there are more people than bots working at Discord support right now. Support wasn't this bad a year ago so I am not sure what happened but their support is borderline illegal at this point. Discord is disabling accounts for the most petty reasons or for no reason at all and doesn't have the support team for appeals. The best part is Discord is actively selling year Nitro subscriptions when your account can get disabled and deleted without ever speaking to a human. It just baffles me how terrible this support system is for a Social Media Platform.

The ticket system is already a joke considering the amount of money discord has for better support methods (phone/ live chat) and then you add in the fact that there are only like 10 people at max working at the Discord support department for a platform that has millions of people using it everyday. It's been 21 days at this point that my 8 year old account has been disabled and I still have not gotten an email explaining why, or a message back from support that isn't an automated bot message that everyone gets.

Basically, I just want to say sorry to all the people that had their accounts falsely disabled and deleted. Not that I did anything wrong or had any part in it, but because you won't hear that from Discord. This company doesn't care about it's community even if you are a paying customer, and this support is proof of that. I hope there is a good ending to all of this but I extremely doubt it considering how long everyone on the forum has been contacting the support and how nobody has gotten a response back yet.

Both of my accounts and my server of 5,000 people was falsely terminated this morning for “posting gore,” my server has always followed strict Discord TOS as well as myself since 2015 because I know how strict they are about it. Hopefully I get a response soon as that's my only advertisement for a public bot I am publishing later this year. I don't know how Discord and their Support Team itself has gotten this bad.

If our accounts who are falsely disabled are delete which we all know our accounts will be delete. Still I did replied them about any evidence if I got falsely disabled. They don't want to explain about what “protected group” which they don't want to explain specifically. Besides there wasn't any proof of posting anything against them. All it was some troll by the name of Selene is responsible for getting my account taken down when he made server to be shutdown.

Seriously, Discord staff needs to stop believing this whole “guilty by association” nonsense. but I will be making very soon about give some links to other sources. Hopefully, people need to stop using Discord and go to other messaging services like Guilded, Revolt and other platforms.
