Locked out by multifactor code

Hello, I had to factory reset my computer due to technical issues and when i went to go into discord it asked me to put in "Multi-Factor Authentication" Code and i do not have one i cannot find out when or where i setup for it to ask for this but i cannot get into my account and my phone recently broke so i have no phone to log in with which i would much rather do i have no access to my phone number, So please reach out to me when you can.
