Discord does not delete a server that posts hacks / cheats and break their ToS

Basically Discord does not delete a server that posts hacks and cheats which are against the Discord ToS and I have reported it on the App already.

Since months it is still there.

How is it possible that the server is still up? I do not understand it.

Does it need over 100 people to report the server, so they would do anything?
